| Position | Legal Operations Specialist - Office Operations and Administration |

| Summary | The Operations Specialist will learn all aspects of Operations to include reproduction/fax services, mail services, car transportation, records and security and serve as backup to Operations Manager at other building locations. |
| Job Description |
Monitor, review and revise budget variations for the Operations Department.
Coordinate any accounts payable and employee/department invoice revisions Serve as a back-up to the Operations Manager Liaise with outsourced department managers and staff and review and process monthly invoices Issue replacement cardkeys and barcodes Coordinate security maintenance or new security installation. Maintain fire safety rosters and AED/CPR training Responsible for employee/partner emergency kit distribution Generate reports for outsourced staff Maintain and update confidential floor plans Assist with the coordination of attorney/staff moves, both internally and externally |
| Required | Qualifications:
Excellent
written and oral communication skills
Education/Experience: Five years of relevant experience from a large law firm or corporation Computer Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint |
