Compensation

1. Account Executive: $200,000 to $250,000 +  Outstanding firm paid benefits, see below
2. National Director: to $250,000 to $350,000 + Outstanding firm paid benefits, see below

Job Description
 

We seek experienced, intelligent and aggressive interactive advertising sales professionals who can grow in a dynamic and creative Rap, Hip Hop, Jazz, R&B and Urban Music environment.

Target and develop new national accounts from specific categories for this youth oriented music and entertainment group.

This executive will evaluate specific business categories and marketplace trends in order to identify prospective accounts that desire a youth oriented music and entertainment genre.

Work closely and synergistically with other internal entertainment groups to create opportunities for advertisers and agencies across multiple platforms.

Reports to Vice President of National Interactive Online Advertising Sales in New York City.

Requirements
 
• National interactive online advertising sales experience with advertising agencies and clients
• Strong communication skills to convey programs and creative advertising opportunities
• Good at building long term and substantive relationships with agencies and national advertising clients
• An entrepreneurial approach to business that partners with clients
• A person who really enjoys what they do for a living and is seeking a stable, secure and growth oriented home
• The ability to structure deals and advertising programs that can capitalize on clear dominance in a solid 18 - 34 demographic across TV, Interactive, Wireless, Music  and other media platforms to include music and motion picture groups in one the world's largest media and entertainment conglomerates.
• The ability to call on national advertisers to represent the and present interactive advertising programs unique to this top music and entertainment brand
• Ability to work in a highly professional work environment for a major U.S. corporation
