Senior Accounting Broadcast Analyst
Information Systems

$40,000  to  $55,000

Job Description:  Person will function as a SENIOR ANALYST for ENTERTAINMENT Information Systems. Major responsibilities are as follows:

• Tack spending and coordinate the monthly close process for all IS departments.
• Auditing vendor invoices, securing the proper management approvals, and tracking the status of vendor payments.
• Tracking the progress and spending relating to departmental capital projects.
• Maintaining personnel records for the department, including the completion and submission of new hire, off-payroll and internal change forms.
• Coordinating the annual merit increase and performance evaluation process.
• Reviewing and approving weekly time and attendance records submitted to payroll.
• Coordinating procurement card and American Express card program for the department and generating T&E and procurement card spending reports for management review.
• Preparing independent contractor agreements and maintaining the active contracts file for the department.
• Participating in the annual operating and capital budget process.
• Performing other special analysis projects assigned by the controller, Information Systems.

Requirements:  Organized, self motivated. good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks. A working knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience using Excel, Word and some Power Point. Internet very helpful.  Min. 1 to 3 years of related experience in a financial, administrative and or accounting role.
