Tony Filson is the founding President of Filcro Media Staffing and is based in New York City. Formally of Westinghouse Broadcasting Microwave Distribution Systems Sales he possesses over twenty years of technical, business and creative broadcast recruitment experience.

As Officer in Charge (OIC) of key assignments Mr. Filson assigns senior recruitment and research efforts to the appropriate practice environment within the firm. Mr. Filson is also on the board of directors of associated companies and provides consulting services to non-media entities formulating their own in-house advertising, broadcasting and media services. Mr. Filson is the CEO of Filcro Personnel, Inc. which is the parent company of Filcro Media Staffing.

  • MAC documents can not be read by our OCR server.

  • Demo reels for producers, editors, on air promo, art directors and web development personnel can be submitted on VHS, BETA, MINI-DV tape formats, DVD, CD-R/W or 100 Meg ZIP drives.
  • All items must be labeled on jacket and shell with name and phone number.
  • These items are not returnable and become part of our recruitment and identification library for a period of two (2) years.
  • Tape stock after two (2) years is demagnetized and donated to film & video learning institutions.
