Summary	Our firm is conducting multiple executive searches for General Managers (GM's) in multiple media markets around the United States as well as large Station Group Presidents. Some of the locations offered are ideal or what could be considered, vacation like environments. We are seeking broadcasting executives with the experience and desire to manage modern and sophisticated television broadcast entities with maturity, understanding, creativity, fiscal responsibility and authority across multiple media platforms.
Requirement	• Strong strategic business skills developed as a TV General Manager or TV Station Group President • We seek broadcasting executives who have built broadcast entities in major markets and now deserve the ideal lifestyle • Outstanding leadership skills in the office, in the community and the industry • Exceptional people skills to attract, develop and retain senior business, creative, on air and technical TV professionals • A firm understanding of On Air and Online integration for advertisers, the community and your audience • The ability to manage 75+ to 500+ people and resources with maturity, understanding and authority • The ability and experience to drive revenue and manage talented GSM's - News Directors - Programming - Finance and Technology broadcasting executives • Experience with local and national and international news and community programming. Manage on-air talent and their contracts in a fiscally responsible and successful manner • Strong financial acumen. • Please note, we are not seeking GSM's - Thank you
