The General Manager (GM) will have overall responsibility for the efficient and effective management of the entire organization including, but not limited to: sales, hiring, training, managing and mentoring junior and senior level employees
.  
In addition, the General Manager (GM) will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction
• Analyzing performance and data
• Plan and execute system activities to maximize subscriber and cash flow growth 
• Minimize capital and operating expenses
• Ensure high levels of employee satisfaction 
• Maintain good relations with local franchise authorities and local governing bodies
• Proactively increasing sales and the penetration of all products to businesses and residential customers
• Utilize the company’s technological superiority to offer unique bundled services that increase market share    
• Taking a leadership role in community affairs  

Preparing annual operating and capital budgets

The General Manager (GM) will demonstrate and promote a high moral and ethical character

Possess superior motivational and leadership skills.  

Demonstrated results in the areas of customer acquisition and retention. 

Excellent oral and written communications skills to interface with employees, company board members, local government and business interests 

A record of setting management goals and seeing them to fruition

An exceptional work ethic to lead by example

Experience empowering, leading and mentoring employees to achieve their professional best. 

A minimum of five to seven years of senior management experience leading a Cable TV (CATV) System

Bachelor’s degree is desired
