This TV Antenna Lease Negotiator will locate TV - ENG - and Microwave Relay antenna and tower real estate within their portfolio and negotiate structured transactions in conjunction with in-house legal staff to facilitate competitive terms on behalf of the corporation.

This entertainment real estate environment is considered to have, one of the most respected, polished and sophisticated group of real estate executives in America. 

This contract position is for a minimum of two (2) months at a time.
 

Ability to locate appropriate TV / ENG antenna and or TV tower real estate on both sides of a transaction.

Negotiate competitive business terms, services, leasehold improvements, special TVantenna / tower requirements.

Negotiate, in conjunction with in-house legal counsel, all Lease, Purchase Agreements and Services.

• Needs to work independently within a strong team environment with the ability to take appropriate initiative.
• Ensure that all corporate and subsidiary resources are employed.
• Transactions need to satisfy the financial, operating and technical requirements of various user groups so that approval is assured.

• Experience in media, TV and or radio real estate antenna and or tower leasing negotiations in entertainment or broadcasting environments. TV - Radio - ENG - Microwave Relay
• A minimum of 30-50 transactions per year would be best
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and sustain relationships
• Strong financial/real estate analytical capability
• A person who enjoys tactical and strategic autonomy
• Strong multi-tasking ability with strict attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
