• Supervise Reception Department's (10) receptionists daily workflow for this location and monitor staff performance. 
• Act as the lead receptionist while performing supervisory functions from the front desk.
• Supervise receptionist's handling of day to day duties and adherence to all departmental procedures and firm policies.
• Assist Manager with administrative tasks
• Work closely with Manager to develop initiatives and implement procedures, making sure staff understands all information and performs requirements properly.
• Oversee new hire training at the front desk
• Provide coaching to all staff members
• Provide regular feedback to Manager regarding staff's performance, especially during the mid-year and end of year review processes.

• 3 to 5 years of related supervisory experience in a large law firm or corporation. 
• Bachelors or Associates degree is required.
