Position	Corporate Vice President Video Production & Operations / Corporate Communications
Location	New York, NY
Compensation	to $175,000 per year to start plus bonus equal to salary for $350,000 potential
Description	Major U.S. Global Financial Institution (Fortune 100) seeks a talented Corporate Vice President to lead in Technical, Business and Creative areas within their Corporate Communications Division. The executive will lead all production, post production, event production, facilities, operations, staff management, programming development, distribution, remote location(s) production and corporate meeting coverage. This broadcast and corporate communications executive will manage (7) seven direct reports, one main production studio and two smaller broadcast facilities with advanced robotics. This is a high-end non-linear environment. This global financial firm is a wonderful place to work for a person who desires the stability and security associated with a major U.S. corporation. Experience Required	Solid management experience in video production, broadcast operations and facilities Ability to lead, mentor and develop staff in business, creative and operational areas Capacity to work with senior management to assess their internal and external global production needs Must be able to manage numerous projects on multiple platforms to enhance the corporate network's reach and effectiveness Ability to utilize resources appropriately and manage large budgets Ability to develop innovative and creative in-house programming for multiple platforms Ability to work in a friendly, warm and motivated creative environment developed by their predecessor Minimum 5 - 10 years of related production management experience
