This position's responsibilities further extend to monthly operating budget performance and capital expenditures forecasting and the annual EBITDA and capital budgeting processes for Operations & Engineering.  The Director of FP&A will have responsibility to provide enhanced financial controllership for all Operational & Engineering financial processes and to take a financial leadership role.   Responsibilities further include the development and management of staff and the creation, development and/or review of special projects. 

• The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis should have approximately 5 to 7 years of related experience in project planning and controllership, capital budgeting and cash flow forecasting. 
• A strong working knowledge of EXCEL and database application software is expected. 
• Close attention to detail, willingness to learn and strong quantitative skills are needed in order to be effective in this role. 
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are required. 
• The ability to anticipate needs and to be proactive and diligent in addressing multiple priorities, on a timely basis, are all examples of candidate qualities that we seek for this position.  Team-working, leadership and independently working are mutually important.
• Previous broadcast operations experience is not necessary, but we will certainly have preference for the candidate that has it.
• The selected candidate will always be expected to strive toward continuously developing operational knowledge.
• Continuous development and guidance form the VP of Finance and the SVP of East Coat Operations will be provided in order to further enhance the selected candidate's responsibilities and knowledge of operations, over time. 
• This position directly reports to the VP of Finance. 
• MBA preferred.
