One of America's

is seeking a Manager or National Director of Traffic & Broadcast Systems
Workflow to based anywhere of their choice in the United States or Canada.
This is a rare opportunity.
This role
is responsible for finding and developing prospects in new markets, such
as faith based, PEG, corporate broadcasting, system integrators, smaller
broadcasters and a multitude of similar commercial and non-commercial markets.
This person
should be highly motivated, organized & energetic who can consult and
covey solutions to broadcast customers seeking enterprise software and
workflow customized to their needs.
This position
requires an individual who is effective in delivering value propositions
and reaching key prospect stakeholders with solutions that build immediate
and long-term business value. Strong communication skills (both
verbal and written) and the ability to work directly with a thoughtful,
creative and driven CEO are essential. He is seeking a person who
wants career stability and growth. |
Responsibilities |
Work nationally to set goals to meet
or exceed sales objectives to a diverse group of clients seeking cost-effective
traffic, scheduling and workflow solutions
Work strategically with the CEO to deliver
forecasts, marketing budgets, identify trending opportunities/challenges,
and provide recommended solutions
Effectively qualify leads, identify
the prospect's needs and offer cost-effective solutions
Work with the firm's marketing agency
to develop marketing programs that support the sales process and target
markets to increase sales
Conduct conversations to address business
needs with all levels of staff in a broadcasting operation. Ability
to work with CEO, VP Traffic and Operations level staff.
Utilize solution selling techniques
to effectively guide the sales process to an effective close
Utilize a CRM solution to provide timely
and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates.
Keep informed of products, competition
and broadcast industry trends and events
Develop effective PowerPoint presentations
to communicate value to clients within context of their needs
Participate in the preparation and execution
of trade shows around the U.S.

Skills
Required |
Min of 2-5 years
of previous enterprise software or relevant broadcast services, or broadcast
workflow and or broadcast technology sales experience
A clear understanding
of broadcast workflow and integration
Experience identifying,
qualifying and developing accounts seeking custom solutions
A proven track
record of sales success, client satisfaction and working effectively with
internal resources.
Strong verbal
skills with consultative professional business acumen
Must be detail
oriented, organized, ethical, responsible & self-motivated
Strong Internet
research skills with excellent PC literacy [Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint]
Strong speaking
and presentation skills to represent the firm at industry events
BS Degree in Business,
Communications, or related field
Ability to travel
for business and industry events

in traffic infrastructure and management.
As the subscriber
base of the network grows to 100 Million subs this traffic manager should

Responsibilities |
Oversee formatting
of programming to create a daily traffic log for Domestic and International
locals (Asia and Canada )
Work with sales
staff imputing sales orders
Sales management
support and research
Log editing
Supervise log
reconciliation and inputting of agency traffic instruction.
Coordinate with
other department heads such as Promotions, Production and Programming
Supervise one
(1) Assistant Traffic Manager and two (2) Traffic Coordinators
