Summary
Serve as liaison between the sales organization and the internal functions to ensure continuity between customer business plans and brand business plans.  Provide the sales perspective internally on medium and long term business planning.  Influence the development of strategy and tactics to best fit a varied customer base.  facilitate the dissemination of information from the various functional areas of headquarters in a fact based, salable format to the sales communication group and ultimately to sales.

Responsibilities
1. Support the Vice President of customer marketing with management of the shot term business plan and facilitate the execution of current year brand plan.

2. Lead sales participation in the development of brand annual business plan by representing the needs and restrictions of customer management and customers.

3. Deliver necessary input for development of selling platforms.

4. Assist teams and customer marketing director in annual customer business plan.

5. Continue to automate department by integrating state-of-the-art systems which will improve display productivity, user skill sets and forecasting for permanent cabinetry.

6. Develop fact based selling presentations to assist customer teams in attaining specific brand and category objectives.

7. Ensure adherence to lead times and information flow is met from marketing through sales communication to sales force.

Skills Required In depth knowledge of top customers and cosmetics, health and beauty strategic direction  Through understanding of short term and long term marketing plans.  Ability to identify both issues and opportunities with strategy, tactics and direction of the business plan.  Must have strong analytical, tactical and strategic skill set and the ability to translate those into selling space.  Understanding of the financial impact (P&L) of both customer and brand strategies.  Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum of 4-5 years of related experience required
