This Vice President will be in charge of all optimizing national advertising agency and client relationships for New York by being a strategist and a technician who understands TV advertising sales methodology from inception to completion.  Training, motivating and establishing budgets are essential.  This person must be a seasoned and successful sales executive with extensive experience interfacing and serving the advertising community on a national level.  We seek a strong manager of broadcast sales professionals.

1. Responsible for sales process and methodologies with agencies and clients
2. Training, motivating and supervising national sales staff in New York - 2 AE's
3. Establish budgets and sales goals
4. Manage key relationships with major accounts and agencies
5. Participate on Network strategic marketing and sales committee reporting to the Chairman
6. Report sales figures to President of Network sales 

1. Experience managing New York office of a national sales force
2. Established relationships with major advertising agencies and the advertising community 
3. Training and developing sales skills
4. Setting budgets and goals
5. Effective presentation skills with clients and agencies.
6. Client and advertising agency relationships that desire an upscale music and entertainment demographic
7. Motivate and establish leadership of a sophisticated and polished national sales force
