This VP will locate office real estate within their portfolio and negotiate structured transactions in conjunction with in-house legal staff to facilitate competitive terms on behalf of the corporation. 

This person will handle a portfolio of real estate holdings to include major office complexes in the United States with a few office holdings in Europe, Asia and South America too.

This corporate real estate environment is considered to have, one of the most respected, polished and sophisticated group of real estate executives in corporate America.  The President that this person will report to, is a fine gentleman, who is known for allowing executives the autonomy they deserve and enjoy.  This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished corporate real estate executive. 

50% - Locate appropriate office space and negotiate lease agreements for the corporation and all of its subsidiaries

20% - Submit, analyze, and compare RFP submissions.  Negotiate competitive business terms, landlord services, leasehold improvements, special requirements. 

20% Negotiate, in conjunction with in-house legal counsel, all Lease, Purchase Agreement Documents. 

5% Identify and negotiate consultant contracts with real estate brokers, architects and contractors

5% Lease administration – distribute to key players at subsidiary, input strategies, set up files

• Needs to work independently within a strong team environment with the ability to take appropriate initiative and act as Team Leader, if necessary.
• Ensure that all corporate and subsidiary resources are employed.
• Transactions need to satisfy the financial, operating and technical requirements of various user groups so that approval is assured.
