This position is devoted to one of the firmsí most promising media and entertainment brands currently generating approximately $800 Million US$ annually. 

This executive will concentrate on traditional TV advertising sales and integrated initiatives relevant to the brand's TV Networks, Digital Online Properties and Wireless Programs.  From an organic perspective this is the most growth oriented brand in the media conglomerates portfolio.  As a brand this media property is as recognized as Coke, SONY or McDonalds. 

As revenue is currently predominantly generated by TV advertising sales, TV advertising sales acumen, experience and success are imperative.

We seek a person with vision, creativity and a broad understanding of the monetization of media assets across multiple media platforms and the capacity to bring exceptional programs to fruition.

This executive will work with TV Network and Online Digital staff to optimize revenue while drawing from a vast amount of internal resources reflective of the organizations dominance of specific global media, music and entertainment genres.

This person should have a proven track record of gaining internal and external consensus in the formulation, execution and completion of revenue generating programs on a national basis in U.S. markets.

This position is for an executive who is capable of articulating justifications for initiatives with internal presidents of operating groups, advertising agencies and global brands.

  • 10 to 15 years of TV advertising sales experience, in a leadership role
  • Exceptional presentations skills and the capacity to convey ideas and direct modality in a concise and articulate manner
  • Experience interfacing with senior most staff internal and external to an organization
  • Broad acumen with regard to key advertising agency and client relationships across all verticals: Beverage, Automotive, Electronic, Gaming, CPG, Pharmaceutical, Apparel, Music, Travel... etc. 
  • Strong management and mentoring skills
  • Experience managing large staffs and also functioning independently
  • A record of meeting and exceeding budgets
  • National Broadcast or Cable TV Network experience with an in depth understanding of monetizing content through digital platforms.
  • Ability to work in a large sophisticated media company effectively as an executive and broadcast media professional.
  • An understanding of financial, business, human resource, technical and creative components required to bring initiatives to fruition. 
  • A person capable of earning the respect of a highly skilled and talented staff of VPís; Directors and Managers dedicated to generating income.
