Compensation Range    $1,500,000 - $2,000,000 + USD

We seek a seasoned senior level Cable TV advertising sales executive with online and on-air leadership experience.  This executive will take ownership of sales, operations and technology surrounding the sales function in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Detroit.

Job Description

  • We are seeking a honed executive with a proven history of success in leading a national TV advertising sales organization
  • Capacity to work effectively in a large corporate structure with synergies across multiple media platforms
  • Creating a work environment that offers positive reinforcement, training and the development of employees and effective sales methodologies

  • Requirements

    • National interactive on-line advertising and on-air sales leadership experience as a SVP, EVP or President of Network Sales
    • Experience managing New York and Los Angeles at a minimum
    • Strong national relationships with agencies and clients on a very senior level
    • Strong proven leadership and mentioning skills
    • A firm understanding of sales operations for traffic, planning and inventory
    • Ability to make compelling upfront presentations for a youth oriented music & entertainment brand
    • The ability to attract senior level sales and sales operational staff based on a solid reputation and peer respect in the media and broadcasting industry.
    • Ability to work well in a $750,000,000 to $1,000,000,000 - Seven Hundred and Fifty Million to One Billion Dollar budget environment.
