Function as the Executive Assistant
to a senior executive in a marketing/client services environment.

Manage multiple projects and
presentations in a fast paced, upbeat environment

Maintain highly confidential
information

Interface with top CEOs with
confidence and social decorum

Solid experience working for
senior level executive as an Executive Assistant
-
An Executive Assistant that
is smart, organized, polished and professional
-
The willingness and ability
to be resourceful and work the hours required to get the job done.

A person who thrives on being
successful
-
A strong sense of social decorum
when working with high level CEOs and VIP's
-
Past experience managing multiple
projects in a highly confidential manner

Excellent oral and written communication
skills

The Ideal
candidate will have demonstrated service driven exposure to marketing,
advertising or the consumer brands industry but not essential
-
PC acumen with the Microsoft
Office Suite with proficiency in PowerPoint for marketing presentations
and pitchbooks
-
College degree preferred
-
Salary commensurate with experience
