| Duties |

Function as the Executive Assistant
to the senior most executive in charge of luxury consumer goods, brands
and markets
-
Work with and interface with
luxury market cosmetics, retail, fashion, jewelry, accessories, handbags,
shoes and the associated advertising of luxury consumer packaged goods.

Manage multiple projects and
presentations in a fast paced, upbeat environment
-
Maintain highly confidential
information
-
Interface with top CEOs with
confidence and social decorum

| Required |
-
Experience working for senior
level executive in any of the luxury markets or luxury market advertising;
as an Executive Assistant or high level Executive Secretary.

Polished, professional, smart,
a good sense of fashion and luxury markets
-
A strong sense of social decorum
when working with high end CEOs and VIPs
-
Past experience managing multiple
projects in a confidential manner
-
Excellent oral and written communication
skills
-
Must have
exposure to at least one of the following:
-
High end cosmetics
-
High end retail
-
High end fashion
-
High end jewelry
-
High end accessories
-
High end handbags
-
High end shoes
-
High end advertising or marketing
or consumer package goods
-
PC acumen with Microsoft Office
for presentations

A degree in English or Communications
a big plus
