Sells all work, both internally and externally

Develops media strategies and plans consistent with the brand marketing objectives

Studies demographics data and consumer profiles to identify desired target audiences and the most effective media vehicles for direct marketing advertising

Meets with media representatives to learn of their value and determine the best media placement and ensure optimum use of client funds

Negotiates with media representatives as necessary

Issues purchase orders as necessary

Effectively presents and sells media recommendations

Helps to facilitate hiring, managing, developing and promoting team members

Helps to develop and negotiate staffing plans based on scope of work

Participates in weekly departmental staff meetings

Collaborates with departments to create/revise SAQ
