Position: SVP TV Programming Development - International Gaming Network - FILLED

Interviews: New York City, NY - USA , Las Vegas, NV - USA & Los Angeles, CA

Compensation: $350,000 to $400,000 to start plus 35% bonus target and stock options.

Summary: Solid Multi-National US based diversified entertainment and venue conglomerate seeks a seasoned development executive to develop programming for production for a new adult oriented television network.  Distribution will be focused on the global gaming industry. North America, Europe and Asia are initial targeted markets.

Casino, lottery, racing and sports programming for gaming and non gaming environments will be developed to attract advertisers and develop new (markets) audiences.

Job Requirements:
 
• Minimum of 7 years of recent development experience in a sports, digital entertainment or reality based programming environments.
• A minimum of 5 years of international co-production.
• Experience managing large development and production staffs in multi-national-locations.
• Ability to travel (35% - 40%) New Jersey, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, International.
• Strong contacts within the New York and Los Angeles production communities.  Producers, Writers, Directors, Casting and Services.
• Ability to attend industry broadcasting events and conferences.
• Proven ability to create hit programming based on demographic, industry trends and venue based opportunities.
• A proven ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data.
• Strong negotiating skills for co-pro deals in domestic and international markets a MUST!
