Digital entertainment and advertising network seeks a service/marketing/sales oriented professional to manage, service and cultivate accounts in Nightlife, Venue, Bar & Club industries and environments.
Job Description
This executive utilizing their experience in sales, marketing or servicing the NightLife industries will manage the sales and distribution of the network. This person will establish and meet projected goals, maintain venue relations and recruit and develop motivated staff.
Duties include maintaining accounts, creation of procedures, protocol and reporting structures. Hiring and training of employees as the function grows. Working with internal and external individuals to meet proposed objectives and the negotiation of client contracts.
40% Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and motivating field staff to insure long-term success of individual staff members while building strong venue relationships in relevant markets.
30% Responsible for all reporting and resolving all field issues, problems and concerns to Headquarters regarding nightlife venues.
10% Help create new ideas and procedures for the network to assure positive growth for the company.
10% Help create and maintain sales forecasts and budgets to correspond to regional and national goals.
10% Responsible for increasing personal goals and a constant improvement of management skills, to act as a positive role model for field staff and to be the key part in building a strong company.
Outstanding
interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with people from varying
environments and entertainment genres. TV, Digital, Music, Motion
