Overall Summary | Provide support to Trust Officers in the servicing and operational maintenance of complex trust and estate accounts/portfolios, ensuring compliance with pertinent company policies and external regulations. | |||
Responsibilities | Provide quality service to account
customers and beneficiaries in responding to written and telephone inquiries.
Receive investment instructions from customers and or investment advisors;
requests for discretionary distributions from beneficiaries and prepare
appropriate documentation; obtain officer or committee approvals; Monitor
ticket processing and wire transfers; research and respond to customer
requests and problems.
Prepare and maintain documentation for payments, ensure completeness and appropriate customer, co-fiduciary, officer and/or committee approvals. Calculate dollar amounts and prepare principal and income payments; maintain activity reports and files; review for accuracy. Monitor portfolio of accounts, notify officers and customers of outstanding balances and anticipated cash needed for asset purchases, distributions and expense payments; reconcile account cash balances and prepare account status reports. Adhere to compliance and operational risk controls and regulatory standards, policies and practices. |

Skill Requirements | Minimum of 1 to 2 year’s proven
relationship support experience
Ideal candidate will have Trust and Estate experience from a Law firm or Private Bank Minimum of an Associates degree in business, paralegal training or equivalent Proven math aptitude and communications and analytical skills Strong understanding of company products and operations PC literacy |
