Prepare and maintain documentation for payments, ensure completeness and appropriate customer, co-fiduciary, officer and/or committee approvals.  Calculate dollar amounts and prepare principal and income payments; maintain activity reports and files; review for accuracy.

Monitor portfolio of accounts, notify officers and customers of outstanding balances and anticipated cash needed for asset purchases, distributions and expense payments; reconcile account cash balances and prepare account status reports.

Adhere to compliance and operational risk controls and regulatory standards, policies and practices.
