Loan prioritization, directing underwriters to decision loans promptly; communicate issues to management, brokers and account executives; price loans accurately and strategically to maximize Secondary Marketing income; approve or reject residential loans; work with account executive and branches to assist them in qualifying loans; communicate loan decisions; follow up with brokers to obtain conditions necessary for loan approval; ensure that all underwriting conditions are met prior to closing the loan; collect and analyze credit reports, financial statements and appraisals.
