Salary | Compensation based on Book and will include guaranteed income for first 1-2 months | |||
Overall Summary | Solicit and maintain business within the mortgage broker community for residential mortgages and refinances. Provide new and existing brokers with our latest products and programs. Meet with brokers to generate sales face to face and/or over the phone. Review potential loans and recommend appropriate products that correspond to client’s needs and goals. Pre-approve loans for processing and co-manage pipeline to closing. | |||
Skill Requirements | Proven Sales experience in Alternate
A Lending is ideal
2-3 years experience in mortgage, banking or finance industry Underwriting, processing or funding experience helpful College degree in Business, Marketing or Finance desired Articulate speaker with good interpersonal skills Ability to meet deadlines Must possess and maintain a current valid drivers license and auto insurance Ability to work evenings and/or weekends when required |
