Position  Director EEO and Compliance - Employment Compliance

Compensation  to $150,000++ and bonus 
Reports to  Vice President Human Resources 
General Function  Responsible for the administration and management of EEO and Compliance
Duties 
Individual will have total responsibility for the overall compliance of all of the business units of the Corporation regarding EEO and Affirmative Action. 
Responsible for communicating the latest government regulations and guidelines relating to compliance, and monitor that the units are responding appropriately. 
Provide guidance to business units before and during OFCCP audits. Oversee the preparation and submission of EEO and OFCCP fillings. 
Work with and oversee outside vendor as necessary in preparation of the Affirmative Action plans. 
Analyze statistics and potential problems and work with HR executives to rectify the problems.
Skills  Strong communication (oral and written), and exceptional interpersonal skills
Experience Minimum of 5 years of relevant compliance experience
Education  Bachelorís degree required; graduate degree preferred.
